HOW TO REGISTER:
PHASE 1 (Pre-Decision/Application)
-Click “Apply Now”
-To acquire a username and password, select “I am a first-time non-Rutgers user of this site” and submit the form (for “territory/country” and “institution” you can select “New Jersey” and “Rutgers University-Camden”). You will be emailed a username and password.
-Once you receive your username and password you may again click ‘Apply Now,’ log in, read and electronically sign or fill in the following fields:
- Signature Verification Form
- Camden Financial Responsibility Statement*
- Camden Informed Consent
- Passport Status
- T-shirt Size
*Some documents may refer to an associated “course.” The South Africa Alumni program is not part of a course, so please disregard this wording.
PHASE 2 (Post-Decision/Acceptance)
-You will be notified of your acceptance via email.
-Next, please return to globaleducation.rutgers.edu to complete Phase 2. Log in with your username and password. Open your existing program application.
-Click the blue “Commit” button to agree to your participation in the program.
-Complete the remaining required documents:
- Passport Upload (This will include a photocopy of the biographical page of your passport and submitting the Name(s) and expiration date exactly as listed on your passport.
- Dietary/Medical Conditions (Please provide any information the program leaders should be aware of to best support you)
- Emergency Contact Information

Accommodations and Meals
Participants will be staying in double occupancy rooms at hotels. Some meals are provided in the cost of the program. Single room supplement (approximately +$450).

*To withdraw, contact the Program Director or the Office of International Students & Global Programs (learning.abroad@camden.rutgers.edu). Remember: once you sign the Camden Financial Responsibility Statement, you may be responsible for paying the entire cost of the program
